What types of photo booths do you offer?

With us, everything is fully customizable! Our photo booths can be tailored to any kind of request or event.

What types of events do you cater to?

We work all kinds of events: weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, seminars, product launches, festivals, and much more. Every service is tailored to the specific needs of the event. If you have any particular requests, we’ll be happy to help you find the best solution. Contact us!

What print formats and types are available?

We offer several print formats: the standard size is 10×15 cm, and we can also do slimmer strip prints (5×15 cm) or square prints (15×15 cm). We also have paper that splits in two down the middle (7.5×10 cm), so guests can leave with two photos from a single print. And here too, it works the same way.

What digital options do you offer?

Yes! Printing isn’t mandatory. All photos can be sent instantly by email or by scanning a QR code. We can also set up a private online gallery note that this gallery won’t be open to everyone, only to those who have booked a photo booth. Under data protection laws, it’s no longer possible to share this kind of information publicly.

Is it possible to customize the photo booth for my event?

Absolutely! You can customize the photo booth’s exterior wrap, the welcome screen, the backgrounds, and even add filters or special effects to your photos. You can also include your logo or other graphic elements. Feel free to share all of these details when requesting a quote. We adapt to your needs! 🙂

Do you provide a host or technician during the event?

Some setups require a technician or host on site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Most of our events can operate without a host or technician, but it’s certainly possible to have someone present to assist you. Feel free to ask about this when requesting your quote—we’re here to help!

What is the rental duration of a photo booth?

The number of hours you use the photo booth does not affect our pricing. Our rentals are always based on a full day. We also offer custom packages with a reduced rate for events spanning multiple days.

What are the technical requirements and space needed to install the photo booth?

The photo booth requires a standard power outlet and about 2×2 meters of space for comfortable installation. Depending on the chosen concept, you’ll also need to consider ceiling height, but we’ll inform you of all the important technical details before you book.

How does the installation and teardown work?

We take care of everything! Installation and teardown are included in our services. We arrive before the event to set everything up and leave once it’s over. The timing will be arranged with you to make it as convenient as possible for everyone.

How far do you travel and what are the travel fees?

We cover all of Switzerland. Travel fees may apply depending on the distanceplease contact us for a personalized quote.

We’re also happy to set up abroad, subject to higher travel fees.

How can I book and what are the payment terms?

Everything is handled by quote. To reserve a photo booth, simply get in touch via our website, by email, or by phone, providing the details of your event (date, location, duration, desired options, etc.). We accept payment by bank transfer.

Can the photo booth be used outdoors?

Yes, our photo booths can be set up outdoors, provided they’re protected from the elements (rain, wind, direct sunlight). A nearby power outlet is also required.

Do you offer custom props and backgrounds?

Yes! We can provide props if needed (mustaches, glasses, noses, etc.) to entertain your guests. We also offer fully customizable backdrops, whether a plain color, printed design, or bespoke décor. You imagine it, we make it happen!

What happens in case of a technical issue during the event?

If a host or technician is on site, they can resolve the issue immediately. If you opt for a standard rental, we provide telephone and video support to help you with any problems. Our phone support is available from 7 AM to midnight.
